How cool! I clicked on the photo to see what year it was and how old I was, to discover that the date of the paper was my 14th birthday. What are the chances?
Ha Ha Ha!!! Cathy, how amazing! Just think, when you were having your 14th birthday party I was performing this crazy dance on the other side of the world. It just brings a big smile to my face to think of it. Happy belated birthday! LOL
Shannon, you youngster! You barely squeak in. Here is a funny fact about me - I was in a mime troupe for 3 years when I was a teenager. Ha ha ha!! Those were the days. Marcel Marcou here we come!
With this dance, Andrea and I made masks for the front and backs of our heads and then choreographed a piece around this back/front, two faced relationship. It was fun - one of my first pieces of choreography.
PS. Some papers do, and some donate the photos to libraries. When I was doing an arts project in a nursing home, I managed to get a photo of one of the 80 participants when he was photographed for a paper in Bundeburg when he was 14. He only just described the photo to me and I found it, so fingers crossed, you should be able to get a copy.
